We are looking forward to having students back in the building for the 2020-21 school year, even though things may look a little different.  

As we prepare for the start of the school year, here are a few "homework" assignments for you!

• If your incoming kindergarten student has not completed their immunizations required for school entry, please call your doctor to schedule an appointment. 
• If your student will need to take medications during the day at school, or has "as needed" medications such as an inhaler, epinephrine, or seizure medications, please obtain a doctor's order and sign the Authorization to Administer Medications at School form
• Please NOTE: Medications must be delivered to school by an adult in a container appropriately labeled by the pharmacy
• If your student has asthma, please ask your doctor to complete an Asthma Action Plan
• Help your student prepare for a school year with new health precautions in place
